I have been involved in fitness my whole life.
My first love was basketball and I played regularly during my teens, but it wasn't until I was 21 that I started lifting weights.
I immersed myself in the world of strength and conditioning and eventually realized that I could turn my passion into a career by coaching others.
Since completing my degree in Business Marketing in 2005, I have continued to learn and develop my skills as a fitness trainer and coach.
Training others has brought me great joy, I love watching my clients change and develop before my very eyes.
