If you take a look at the definition of exercising, you can find that it relates to any movement that makes your muscles work, and requires your body to burn more calories than at rest. I grew up as a horse rider and always love sports and movements. Unfortunately, I was severely injured at the age of 17, which prevented me from being active, as any activity lasting more than 3 min was letting me drained and in pain.

Our philosophy is based on the fact that, even if we are all humans, we still have individual differences that make us so unique. Yes, we are all different, with different types of morphology and goals, different constraints, expectations, activities and lifestyle in general.

This is how I approach fitness and wellness: because not everything is working for everyone, I dedicate myself to be the closest to your needs, motivations and lifestyle to help you reach your very own goals by making them fit in what works for you!At the beginning of your personal training (online or in-person), we conduct an initial assessment.

We build an individualized fitness plan for you and give you access to coaching through text and messaging on an online platform.
This plan has been designed for those who want the lowest possible price.
In all plans, the online coaching platform that you will register on allows you to upload the results of each of your training sessions so that your coach can closely monitor your progress against your goals.
This is the plan most people choose.
We build an individualized fitness program for you and do online video coaching sessions with you once a week to help you do the exercises with the best form and follow you much more closely through your training.
