I've trained with Jim for over 16 years. I admit that physical limitations, aches, and pains increase with age. And yet I believe my workouts with Jim have slowed the aging process, help me to de-stress and unwind and often turn a bad day into a good one. Being a guy over 50 my habits, both good and bad, are deeply entrenched.
