Once your 30-day notice of cancellation is provided, you will receive a confirmation of your final date of final entry.
Freeze Policy: We will freeze your membership and current pricing for up to one year.
Simply provide your dates of freeze and unfreeze in person or email to cancel@gymsrq.com and your membership cost will ONLY be $10 for every month frozen.
All dumbbells, plates, and any other pieces of equipment must be RETURNED to designated locations.
