Grind House Fitness is the area's premier gym in the Cypress, Copperfield, and Bear Creek areas of Houston. Our 13,000+ sq/ft. I've tried several boxes around Houston, this is by far THE best place to get stronger. The coaches are top notch and it doesn't matter which class you come to during the day, you get quality instruction and solid programming.

The PR's all over the board speak for themselves! Grind House is so much more than a place to go workout, it is truly like a second home. I walk in there and am always greeted with a smile and a fist bump. No matter how bad my day was, I can always count on the Grind House family to cheer me up. Throughout my life I've played numerous sports, spent countless hours in traditional gyms, and ran numerous miles in the name of fitness.
I've competed in CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman.
All your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in your sport and in day-to-day life so the results you achieve in your training program carry over to every thing you do.
Our training programs aim to improve your performance and maximize your results quicker than any other training program out there.
The backbone of Grind House Fitness is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility.
These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results.
