Pop's Gym
Fitness Background: Cort grew up playing multiple sports and always enjoyed the exercise portion of it. Exercise Physiology combines Cort's two passions- learning the science behind how the body works and exercise! Why did Cort become a personal trainer?

A few elements of personal training drew Cort to the profession- the personal connection he forms with his clients, helping clients achieve their goals, seeing their excitement and confidence increase along the way and his ability to utilize current research to help clients reach goals more quickly.Biggest Accomplishment: Finishing a Masters Program with a 3.9 GPA while opening Pop's Gym Spirit Animal: A dog because they are friendly and smart.

Fitness Background: Hannah ran track and cross country growing up. After college, she began training for half marathons and, eventually, a full. While training for the Boston, she got a stress fracture on her pelvis. Not being able to run forced her to workout in other ways- spin classes, weight training, and, most recently, Pilates and HIIT!

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is table-based assisted stretching that uses properties of Proprioceptive NeuroMuscular Facilitation (Contract and relax) and traction to help improve your range of motion and decrease pain.
After range of motion is improved with Fascial Stretch Therapy we use Functional Range Conditioning (end range Isometrics, Controlled Articulations, and/or Eccentrics) to make sure we also improve your body's active range of motion.
Active range of motion is your ability to control and move through the passive flexibility that you have.
When it comes to avoiding injury and remaining ache and pain free, core strength and flexibility are crucial.
Pilates is great at addressing both.
Pop's Gym offers one-on-one and small group Pilates sessions.
Our equipment includes reformers, chairs, towers, barrels, and a Cadillac.
Our instructors are some of the most knowledgeable instructors in Fort Worth, TX.
