This program is a building block for those brand new to fitness or have had multiple failures. This 15 minute session is designed to help you grow at your own pace. Starting with creating a nutrition and proper hydration program, building on your successes and overcoming past failures, we'll work through any and all obstacles together. There is a better you, we just have to find the right path forward!

Recommended 2 sessions per week. One-on-one, your nationally certified personal trainer will have a custom designed program ready and waiting for you when you walk into Columbia Fit. These fun, efficient, effective, full body workouts are designed to stimulate your whole body, burn lots of fat and build muscles and bones. These sessions come in half hour or full hour time slots.

Recommended sessions 2-3 per week. We come to you. Stay in the comfort of your own home. We have what it takes to give you and your family a super workout. Our mobile workout gear that will get the job done. Your Personal trainer will provide you with a great workout wherever you are within a 5 mile radius of our studio.

Rob strives to design workout programs that are safe, fun, effective and efficient so that my clients stick to the program for the long haul.
You will need to establish a schedule upon which we will evaluate your progress to see if the program is having the desired results.
If your participation is low, we will address the motivation/reward/incentive model, or communication regarding the program and its benefits.
If participation is good, we will want to determine if you're making progress on your goals pertaining to absenteeism, productivity, injuries, mental wellbeing, physical strength, etc.
In addition to program changes needed to improve utilization or outcomes, there will often be new services or activities made available, or new programs may become available, which you will want to consider.
This Circuit Training class is a total body challenge that is designed to target strength building and improve muscular endurance.
You will work through various stations using dumbbells, BOSU, stability balls, kettle bells and our brand new state of the art nautilus equipment.
This class allows you to adjust the weight and intensity level of each exercise to fit your current fitness level and builds muscular strength tone and endurance.
This yoga class is designed to be an energizing and motivating way to start your day.
