Holistix Fitness offers two types of workouts: Individual Training and Semi-Private Personal Training. Find out which one works for you. The hardest part of reclaiming your health is making it a habit. Find out how Holistix Fitness is geared towards keeping you on a schedule that you'll stick with. Here at Holistix Fitness we recognize that a physical fitness regiment can be overwhelming, that's why we have developed a community that is fun and uplifting.

Our trainers will lead you through a full resistance and aerobic training session, where we will teach your body to move the way it is intended to. You are going to hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, and twist while working with different modalities from resistance bands, sandbags, free weights, cables, and more. We also focus on different muscle groups each day to prevent burnout.

Semi-Private Personal Training involves 5 or less people per class, pairing advanced students with intermediate students, and intermediate students with beginners.
