H.A.B.I.T. gym was created by Tony T, who found HABIT as the backbone to change his own life. With your choice of 1 on 1 personal training sessions or small group workout classes, we focus 100% of our time on YOU. Everyone is different, which is why we keep our training classes small, capping each work out class at 7, to ensure each person is getting the 1 on 1 focus they need.

Our personal trainers provide the coaching and motivation needed to help get you the results you have been looking for. The reasoning behind building the HABIT Style training center was always to help & inspire others in their fitness journey; to help people get back on track, to show people that with a little effort, a little knowledge, and some discipline, we can accomplish your fitness goals.

With HABIT all you have to have is determination, we provide the rest. HABIT will create the steps for you, the blueprint if you will, and all you have to do is do it and trust that you can. HABIT will be your guide, it will give you steps into learning who you are and what you're made of.
