4 Personal Training We understand getting started can be intimidating, this is why we schedule a one-on-one personal training session before you join class. During the session you will learn the common movements in class, giving you the confidence to get started. 5 Guided Class Join a class, but have one of our world-class coaches right by your side.

During the class, the coach will guide you through a full class, while you get to meet the community and enjoy your first workout at Mischief. 6 Get Started: Now you are ready to attend classes. Sign up and start feeling your best while meeting new friends and having fun.
Services
Face masks are required to enter and exit the gym and when you can not remain 6ft apart.
No Show Fees will apply if you can not make it to class and you are on the schedule.

In the CrossFit world the buzz right now is all about The CrossFit Open.
The Open is an exciting time to come together and celebrate big or small achievements with your fellow Mischief members.
If you are asking yourself what The Open is, it's a three week online competition and a way for top athletes to advance to the next stage of the competition.
For most of us, The Open is a time to push past our comfort level and break down mental boundaries, for others it is a time to meet unfamiliar Mischief members and hang out, cheer on the athletes and to have fun with the Mischief family.
Join us in remembering those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to our country.
In honor of Memorial Day the gym will be doing the hero workout called 'Murph'.
Everyone is welcome to participate and scaling options will be available and encouraged to those who have never completed this workout.
Class times will be on the schedule.
After the workout, Tom, Baby K, Buster, Maya and I invite you and your family to a pool party at our house (22907 Weinhold Dr Plainfield IL 60585).
