The human body naturally seeks systemic balance (homeostasis), and your fitness and nutrition habits directly impact the body's natural self-regulating ability. The lifestyle that you maintain will either help the body find balance or magnify the imbalances. Emphasizing (or de-emphasizing) one over another - fitness, diet or the body's natural systems - only adds to the imbalances.

Your body is in its' current condition as a result of how you trained (or didn't train) it to be (whether you realized it or not)! Over time, all of us develop imbalances of varying degrees. Often we lose our sense of how lean and agile the human body is designed to be by comparing ourselves with others.
