In addition, we also offer a comprehensive Corporate Wellness program for businesses, corporations, civic groups, municipalities and non-profits.
We offer a dynamic, on-site wellness program that includes a fitness program, lifestyle improvement techniques, educational wellness seminars and meal plans which curate just for your organization or company.We also offer online personal training and weight loss coaching from anywhere in the world via Zoom. Bella Boot Camp is a H.I.I.T. exercise program which incorporates a diverse combination of various training methods which is the best path to overall fitness.
We have combined cardio conditioning exercises, plyometrics, traditional strength & conditioning techniques, endurance training, sports drills and good old fashioned group camaraderie to form the premiere exercise program for any committed individual- regardless of fitness level.
