Yahel and Andy are the founders of Soul Pump Fitness. Their practice integrates energetic physical movement with awareness on alignment, stability, and breath. Certified in yoga, prenatal yoga, massage therapy, personal training, and plant based nutrition. Their passion is teaching their clients to express their own vibrant authentic self and that to be healthy is a continual journey of personal growth manifested physically, mentally, and spiritually.
