Our job is to meet you where you are at. We follow an OPT model from the National Academy of Sports medicine for our clients. This allows us to create programs for someone's first time exercising to a professional athlete. There is not one specific plan that fits when it comes to food. Our goal is to help our clients enjoy the foods they eat, drop body fat, and build lean muscle.
It's possible to have a balance between enjoying your food and enjoying your results. High stress (cortisol) negatively impacts digestion, sleep, and fat loss. This makes getting to your goals difficult. If you have a goal of stress management or improving your mindfulness we have proven tools to help. SoFit is focused on helping me achieve my goals.
My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit-ups, lift heavier weights, and generally push myself harder throughout each session. Tommy ensures that my posture is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual.

During our initial free session and assessment we will see how your muscles move and if you have any imbalances or limitations.
This is to make sure we keep you injury free and are prescribing the correct exercises for you.
At SoFit SoCal we believe it is our job to teach and educate you on how to move, how to create and modify your workout, and feel comfortable in any gym setting.

Do you have any rotation in the hips, pronation or rotation in the knees or ankles, does your scapula move etc.
This only takes about 5-6 minutes to complete.
Then we go on the floor for a workout based on your goals and make sure form is proper (30-40min).
This could range from power training to mobility to flexibility to strength or maximal strength training.
It all depends on your goals and your experience level.
