CORE is second to none! The programs, whether private or semi-private, are designed by knowledgeable, up-to-date, & skilled trainers who are dedicated to their clients' fitness goals. It's amazing how strong I am, even after five hip surgeries! Fitness and Performance opened in April of 2016. Our Goal is to change to way people look at personal trainers.

Each of our trainers has a degree in Kinesiology and a background in sport and fitness. Our trainers have put in many years of training themselves in order to learn the science behind movement and exercise. We work in partnership with physical therapists to ensure a safe and effective training program for each client.

We understand there are many fitness options around and we'd like to thank you for allowing us to present some information about our business.
Having been involved in fitness for several years we became increasingly frustrated with the poor standards in the industry.
We became tired of big box gyms that cared more about sales than their members results.
Personal Training standards were very poor, and great training programs led by quality coaches were almost impossible to find.
One of our expert trainers will put you through a Fitness Strategy Session.
They will talk to you about your health history, training history, and specific goals.
Then you will be put through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, range of motion, and flexibility.
This allows us to create an individualized program based on your fitness goals.
You will be assessed, monitored, and held accountable to get you to where you want to be.
One on one training is the best option for maximum results.
Casey grew up on the central coast his entire life and was always a part of fitness and sports communities.
He played numerous sports throughout his childhood and played basketball at Righetti High School.
After finishing high school Casey went to Allan Hancock College for a few years before transferring down to Long Beach State University to finish his degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science.
After college he obtained his CSCS or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.
He then embarked on strength and conditioning internships to gain more knowledge about training and fitness.
A Professionally trained coach will sit down with you to learn about your health history, past injuries, training history, and your specific goals.
You will be put through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, range of motion, and flexibility.
Don't worry this evaluation isn't painful or embarrassing.
This screening allows us to ensure your fitness program with us is designed specifically towards your individual goals in the safest way possible.
We will never throw you into an exercise without knowing the potential setbacks.
One of our professional trainers will put you and up to 3 more clients (2-4) through an individualized training session.
Semi-Private training is much more cost effective than 1 on 1 training but still offers amazing results.
Membership options include 2 or 3 days per week memberships.
By keeping each session only 4 people you will get the necessary time and attention of our trainers in order for you to reach your goals.
Our classes are high energy, highly motivating, and specifically programmed to your needs.
