I have over 10 years experience as a personal trainer certified with ISSA and based out of California's Central Coast. My clients vary from business professionals, busy moms, athletes, people interested in taking their fitness to the next level. Many have made training a staple of their fitness regiment year-round. Using a variety of methods, focusing on strength training and functional movements that contribute to living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

I strive to empower my clients with the knowledge to be in full control of their health. I have spent the last 20 years committed to a healthy lifestyle, this commitment has motivated me to leave my corporate job and make training my career.
