When I started my health and fitness journey, I had no idea I would be starting a business just 4 years later, dedicating my life to helping others start their journeys too. I originally started working out as a stress reliever, a way of escaping my life.

When everything was out of my control, exercise and self discipline was the one thing I could control. I started my Holistic Nutrition schooling in 2017 shortly after being put on bed rest while pregnant with my youngest son. I had placenta previa, which could have killed both of us if I had continues to work on my feet all day as a hair stylist. Bed rest was a nice break in the beginning, but it quickly got boring.

So I started online school, in a field I was fascinated by. I've always preferred the use of vitamins and herbs over pharmaceuticals, so holistic nutrition was and is my dream job.

I've taken what I've learned from my experiences in my own postpartum depression and anxiety, my struggles to lose weight, my battle to rebuild muscle after being on bed rest, and added them with the practices i've learned as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer to create customized packages to help each individual meet their goals.
