Our small group atmosphere allows the coach to teach and monitor proper form throughout a class. This helps negate injury and allows you to benefit from the program long term. If you have a current or past injury or disability, we can work with you to customize our program to fit your needs. We meet you at your current ability and intensity level then work to increase those levels as you progress in the program.
