Our Strengthen class is where you will build lean muscle definition and develop the strength and power to move heavier weight in your day-to-day life; whether that is lifting your toddler, carrying in the dog food, or setting a personal deadlift best!
This class utilizes barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells and is comprised of various squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press, snatch, and clean and jerk movements.
Whether you're training for your first 5k or just trying to keep up with your kids, this class will get your heart rate up and help you build the endurance needed for whatever life throws at you, all while you burn a bunch of calories.
