Services
TrueStrength is our blended strength and conditioning class.
The first half of the class will be the basic barbell lifts to improve strength, power, and athletic performance.
The second half will be a conditioning workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises.
Natural progressions throughout the year will introduce new lifts while focusing on proper movement and safe body mechanics.
