I have transferred from several gyms and this one by far has the best free weight section out of them all. They have awesome staff members that will help you in any way possible. It does get crowded but that shouldnt stop you from working out. It is one of the best places to go too. Well educated individuals work there and they can help you with your goals!
You can go to the boot camp classes and others that they offer. I wish i didnt have to leave this place and that they were world wide. 365 Fitness is a much better facility than Xtreme Fitness! Ryan and Anthony are professionals and they show it by keeping the facility and its equipment clean while offering one of the largest free-weight areas in central Arkansas.
The child care they provide has allowed me to workout uninterrupted, which is a plus! The staff is courteous and friendly! Plenty of TV's so you can still catch the latest news and sports. I can say having worked out under both management styles (Xtreme and 365 Fitness) that the environment is much better and the experience is worth the membership.
