Your safety is our priority! Like you, we've had to adjust, make changes, and do things differently. Our updated schedule includes in-person and virtual classes so you can have more choices that fit your calendar and comfort level. We can't wait to see you! These days it seems like each day is crazier than the one before it. Now, more than ever we need to practice resilience and focus on what we can do to maintain a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
