I've been training people one-on-one to improve their fitness for over 8 years, specializing in designing workout programs to each person's unique needs and goals and teaching correct form to strengthen muscles while protecting joints. I pride myself on delivering an exceptional customer experience as we work together to improve your quality of life through fitness!

With every client, I draw on my years of expertise in fitness and education as well as my on-going research in exercise science to deliver an amazing, customized fitness experience. I began training clients one-on-one in 2012, and since then, I've designed and delivered programs for a diverse clientele, ranging in ages from teenagers to seniors, with a variety of focuses and goals.

From our first day training together, I commit myself to your health and well being. We start with a consultation so I can learn about your background in fitness, any past injuries you might have, and what you'd most like to accomplish with your fitness.
Services
We get started with a half hour consultation by phone or video so that I can learn about your background in fitness and your top fitness priorities and recommend a path for you to achieve your goals!
We train one-on-one over by video conference in hour-long sessions customized to your fitness level and goals using the furniture and any fitness equipment you have available to you in your home!
I provide you with an account on a fitness software and app where I load the workouts I've designed for you with video demos, your progress in easy-to-read charts and graphs, and an interactive schedule with our past and future training sessions.
Online Fitness Workshops are fitness classes over Zoom to give you a great workout wherever you happen to be!
I offer two Online Fitness Workshops each week: a Full Body Tabata Workout on Wednesdays and a Full Body Strength Training Workout on Saturdays.

Workout Structure: We begin with dynamic stretches to warm up, and then dial up the intensity for Tabata, training our first movement at 20 second intervals and 10 second rest periods.
After pushing through 8 of these intervals, we rest for a minute, and then progress to the next movement!
Hiking Excursions are outdoor adventures to the most gorgeous, awe-inspiring locations in the world.
In the months and weeks leading up to the Excursion, I help you to prepare by offering hikes around LA most Sundays so that you can develop your hiking skills and endurance to enjoy everything our destination has to offer once we arrive!
Groups are kept small (a maximum of 6 people), and all arrangements at the destination including lodging and transportation are made for you and included in the Excursion!.
So many friends and family members contributed their ideas and talents to make this website what it is today.
