Moving here in 2017 from Apex where they resided between 2001 to 2017. Both have been a part of many gym and fitness centers while living in Indianapolis, Maryland (DC area), and originally from PA. John traveled for his current employer, Cisco Systems, for over 20 yrs and made it a point to workout in as many places as possible. Both have been in the fitness industry as competitors, judges, trainers, and enthusiasts for over 30 yrs.
