The BX5 Kids Program is a fun way for kids to get a great workout and learn basic boxing techniques along the way. We strive to show people how burning calories and sweating can actually be the best part of your day! Boxing is one of the best ways to relieve stress, have fun and burn calories all together.

With boxing all muscle groups are strengthened and developed. Great way to improve speed, reaction time, stamina and concentration skills increase. Boxing also has many benefits from psychological point of view, as it has a significant stress relieving effect, and helps you to manage the accumulated energies and aggression within a controlled frame.

At BX5, our classes are high-intensity interval training workouts that sculpt your body, relieves stress and burns calories like nothing you've experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you'll deliver punch combinations on our heavy bags and intervals of cardio-strength training that will keep your heart pumping at just the right levels!
