Health in mind, body, & spirit is our objective. In addition to fitness, we support this objective with Therapists, Nutritionists, Massage & Bodywork, Workplace Wellness, & More. TACFIT has provided a fun and energizing environment in which to work out and meet my goals. After my surgeries for breast cancer, I started working out at TACFIT. I found a diverse collection of classes that met my needs at each stage as my strength returned.

I am now a regular member and enjoying excellent health and fitness. TAC fitness is the BEST gym I've ever been a a part of. I love the classes and the variety of classes that are offered throughout the day and the instructors are so motivating and so supportive. Highly, highly recommend TAC! I love this gym! The positive inspirational quotes at the top of the stairs and around the gym area are the first thing that you see!

I was shocked that this gym has a rule that women can't wear sports bras when working out for "modesty reasons".
Even through years of living in the South I have never encountered such an asinine rule that's so unwelcoming to women.
Amazing that in 2021 some people still hold women accountable for others who sexualize their bodies.
While less important than a gym trying to make my body palatable for others while I exercise, I did think it was funny that there are TAC branded posters all over the gym featuring women exercising in sports bras.
Our Fitness Center is located at the Mid Valley Health Institute in Basalt, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, personal training, and progressive post physical therapy.
It is a fitness center unlike any other in this valley!
