Coastal Core Fitness
Coastal Core Fitness utilizes the Lagree Fitness Method, which combines effective muscle stimulation with effective intensity to produce a low impact, heart pumping, muscle shaking, full body workout. The key is the patented Megaformer. It utilizes balance and resistance to push your body to maximum exertion through slow speed training. Slow speed training provides all the benefits of an exercise with negligible risk of injury.

In 2012, I found Lagree Fitness.
Never before had I experienced a workout that not only physically challenged me, but left me as mentally and emotionally satisfied after just one, 45-minute session.
Two years later I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.
While juggling the roles of wife, mother and full-time employee, time management was key and Lagree was my answer.
From only working out 3 days per week, I found that I was in the best shape of my life.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All group classes require an 8-hour cancellation notice.
Private sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
There is no need to schedule a private lesson, unless of course you want to.
As with anything new, there will be an adjustment period, but our coaches are trained to work with your ability level.
We ask that you remain patient, stay focused and get ready to become addicted!
Coastal Core Fitness is not pilates, but may appear similar.
The main differentiator is the MegaFormer.
The MegaFormer allows us to utilize the key elements of core stability and combine them with the fusion of muscle dynamics through a low-impact, high intensity and cardiovascular workout.
