Services
We work around the clock to help the MIT Community get a daily dose of health and wellness.
Our goal is to keep you motivated and remind you to take a break for a little bit of recreation.
Originally from Toledo, OH, Josie has always loved fitness, movement, and food due to being an athlete (grew up swimming competitively).
She attended Ohio State University to pursue a degree in Dietetics.
There Josie began training and eventually working as a group fitness instructor, looking for a way to build her own confidence and looking for something fun to do outside of academics.
Design the blueprint to your fitness goals with memberships that keep you moving in the right direction.
Open to all, MIT Recreation offers a variety of ways for you to play, swim, run, dance, stretch-out and get moving with our memberships and temporary passes.
