CrossFit Variance (CFV) is a fitness facility, offering CrossFit group trianing sessions, personal training, sports team training, and community events. CFV started in 2012 and was originally on Park St. but later upgraded to a bigger space just around the corner (on W. Dane St.) in the early spring of 2019. CrossFit Variance is focused on providing a garage-style CrossFit environment, similar to the early days of CrossFit in Santa Cruz, CA, in the 2000's.
Focused not only on assisting member's reach their fitness goals, but also providing a supportive community for all member's inside and outside of the Box. CrossFit Variance is much more than a gym. We are an all-inclusive community of diverse individuals, who have a common goal of bettering our lives through Health and Fitness. CFV also supports members through community events and outtings to help one other connect and network internally within the CFV family.
CFV takes pride in not only being a CrossFit gym, but also a community that embraces each other and provides members with a supportive place to decompress from other areas of life.
