Teaches the fundamental principals of ballet and provides an opportunity to stretch, tone, and develop the coordination for ballet dance.

Class with teach the foundation of dance movement and will include but not limited to: warm-up, cardio, center technique, traveling steps, short choreography; introduction to leaps, turns and kicks.

An opportunity to stretch and lightly tone your musclesto enhance the experience of pregnancy and to safely rebuild the body postpartum.
Gentle barre class designed with modifications and safety in mind for the pregnant and postpartum body.
Exercises to facilitate an easier delivery and recovery!
Prenatal: Appropriate for all 3 trimesters of pregnancy as modifications are thoughtfully given throughout the series.
Postnatal: You must be at least 6 weeks or more postpartum to participate or with doctor clearance.
