CrossFit Killshot is a fitness facility incorporating Greg Glassman's method of using constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.
Our coaches will help each athlete reach new goals, physically and mentally.
We will challenge each athlete every time they step into the gym, "believing in themselves".
All of our instructors are CrossFit level 1 certified.

Our fitness program will consist of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, which will assist our athletes to reach their personal goals.
Our programming is customizable to each athlete: amateur to elite.
The beginner's course is a 1 week program introducing you to the various movements that will be included in your CrossFit Training.
These classes aim to make you comfortable with the movements and to ensure they are done safely!
