Mindbody is the scheduling software that we use at Premier.
Once you have created an account, use the Premier Mobile App or our website to review the class schedule.
For your first yoga class, be sure to bring a bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat.
If you don't have these things, no worries, our studio rents towels, mats and sells water.
If it's your first time at Premier, your yoga mat and towel rental are free.
Be sure to wear fitted exercise clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

The foundation of our class schedule is the instructors.
We have such a diverse offering of group fitness classes, I knew it was paramount to build the most diversified and experienced team possible.

It's simple, you earn points for activites related to our business.

Once you have accumulated points you can begin redeeming rewards.
You could redeem ten points for a bottle of water, or 1500 for a free month.

This class uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance.
An all levels class with focus on alignment, beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.
This class attempts to serve a variety of distinct needs: people with movement limitations, or profound stiffness due to lack of activity; relief from disabilities and chronic conditions e.g., arthritis, back pain and other musculo-skeletal issues; recovery from surgery, illness or injury; for seniors, new practitioners, women who are pregnant and those seeking stress-reduction or weight management.
Private Sessions gives each client the opportunity to workout one on one with an instructor who creates a personalized plan that meets the client's long or short term goals.
This allows us to incorporate strength, cardio, and flexibility components specialized for your unique needs.
At Premier, we have worked with clients ranging from NBA players, to golfers, to post-rehab patients.
Many people are apprehensive to starting a new fitness or yoga routine because large groups are intimidating.
Here you can learn correct posture, alignment, proper technique and build confidence in that you are working the right way.
