Clemson Fitness Company was created from the idea that participants should have access to a variety of high quality group fitness formats without having to join multiple gyms. We offer PulsePointe barre, TRX, HIIT, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Balletone, and yoga classes to provide our clients with a one stop shop for all their fitness needs.

Our "Sweat With Purpose" motto stems from the belief that every workout should be constructed with a purpose and help each participant work towards accomplishing their individual fitness goals in a community atmosphere.We encourage our clients to activate, challenge, and transform into the best possible version of themselves.

Clemson Fitness Company offers you innovative and motivating personal training and group fitness classes that will strengthen your mind & body.
Variety is the key ingredient in achieving optimal physical fitness.
Our classes are designed to incorporate strength conditioning, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility in a friendly and empowering community environment.
The studio opens 15 minutes prior to each class.
Please arrive a few minutes early to class.
New clients please arrive at least 10 minutes early prior to your first class to fill-out a waiver.
All new clients must sign a waiver in studio prior to their first class.
All classes must be reserved online.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so until 90 minutes prior to the start of class without penalty.
All 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM classes must be cancelled by 9:00 PM the night before.
No shows or late cancels will result in the loss of that class.
PulsePointe barre is designed to tone and tighten your body from head to toe while elevating your heart rate and burning mega calories!
Each class will begin with an energizing warmup, followed by upper body work with light dumbbells.
Next, we will hit the barre for lower body sculpting ballet inspired exercises, and then finish on the mat for Pilates inspired core work and stretching.
PulsePointe barre is designed to be a fun and uplifting experience set to upbeat music!
