As a fat kid growing up, I weighed over 100lbs in the 3rd grade.
At eight years old, I was on my first doctor prescribed diet.
By the 8th grade, I was over 200 lbs.
I was tired of being fat, made fun of, picked on and bullied.

Once initial health and goals questionnaires are completed, a physical assessment, to evaluate your mobility, flexibility and fitness ability will be conducted.
The information gathered will be evaluated and a personalized, goal-oriented program developed.
Your certified trainer will monitor your progress, hold you accountable, and work with you to develop plans to overcome any challenges you may incur during your journey.
