Burn45/Burn45 Strong is a 45-50 minute high- intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) workout, which will include different formats of training: tabata, TRX, spinning, running, circuit training and core training. Workouts will always be different, challenging, and fun. Burn45 is more than a fitness studio. It's a family, no matter the age, size, ethnic or fitness level.

We'll motivate each other as family. Burn45's goal is to make you better and prove anything is possible if you "trust the process". You can go at your own pace, but you will be challenged to become better. Burn45 trainers will always lead by example, will look and be the part.
