Justin has 15 years experience, specializing in Personal Training and Sport Performance.

Are you an athlete that is transitioning back to sports after an injury or physical therapy?
Are you an adult that has a nagging injury that keeps you from moving the way you want or keeps you from working out?
Our Recovery Zone is designed to help you move well, build confidence as you move back to sports or get rid of those annoying injuries that keep you from being your best.
Whether it is an assisted stretching session with our Board Certified Athletic Training Mason Chockley, a personal return to sport program following an injury or sitting in our pneumatic boots to reduce soreness and fatigue, we have you covered.
Sports Performance Sessions run on a 12 week program (3 months) and each session is 1 hour and fifteen minutes.
Life happens, we get it!
We would love for you to make up any sessions missed throughout your 12 week program.
Our only request is that you try making them up within the 12 week program we are currently in by coming additional sessions during a week.
Please email [email protected] if there are some special circumstances we can accommodate for.
Because our Sport Performance Sessions are programmed out in 12 week increments, HOLDS can be sometimes difficult.
