These movements are designed to physically integrate long lean muscle and flexibility with powerful and passionate women.
With Pure Gravity Fitness you will receive a total body workout and build confidence through Ballet Barre, Yoga flow movements and Pole fitness.
Our classes are designed for every woman from beginner to advance, of any age, size or skill level.
We offer Pole technique, pole fit, pole dance classes for beginners and advanced students.

Everyone in this class is trying pole for the first time, and there is absolutely no fitness experience or skill required.
It is a great opportunity to try pole and is only $25 for your first class!
New students must take at least one Intro class before signing up for other pole classes.
In Pole 2 we start moving up the pole for more aerial moves and additional strength building.
We will incorporate spin pole in this level and work on inverted tricks.

Offering Pole or Chair dance class 608-751-1330 you can rent a pole and invite over friends! 2 hour pole rental includes: putting the pole up & tear down, 60 minutes with your virtual teacher and 30 minutes free time!
Private parties at Pure Gravity Fitness are a fun and unique way to spend an evening with your friends.
Come learn a few new moves while building self-confidence and sharing laughs with the girls.
Price: $450 for 1 - 10 guests.
Each additional guest $35.

We have a strict policy of no lotion or deodorant used on the skin up to 6 hours before pole class.
