Adapt and Conquer CrossFit classes are an excellent way to get and stay in shape.
A CrossFit group workout keeps you excited about working out by having varied workouts that incorporate elements of weight training, gymnastics and cardio.
CrossFit is adaptive, we have athletes of all abilities and ages that are able to workout together, our coaches are able to scale workouts to meet each athlete's ability.
The cornerstone of Ozaukee Fitness is its people.
Many goals are not achieved alone and the comradery the gym provides is second to none in the Ozaukee area.
Our certified personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
They'll design personalized programs tailored to you and adapt as needed to improve your strength, mobility and fitness level.

Your personal trainer will develop your individualized exercise plan based on your ability and goal.
Whether you have a physical limitation or you want to work on increasing your fitness level, adaptive training will help you increase strength and mobility.
Adapt & Conquer CrossFit classes are available on a drop-in basis or as a monthly membership.

Classes run about an hour and can accommodate up to 20 people.
The class consists of a series of warm up exercises, some time spent on learning a new workout or skill, followed by the day's WOD (workout of the day) and finished up with a cool down to stretch at the end of your workout.
Unlimited CrossFit includes CrossFit, Fivebar Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit Competitors, and open gym time.
Don't feel like you are up for CrossFit?
Try our OzFit class which is designed to increase strength and mobility without the big weights.
We offer Open Gym time to unlimited membership athletes that want to supplement their CrossFit workouts.
Along with traditional CrossFit classes we also offer our Adult Strength Camps series which is a lot like a bootcamp class and Fivebar Weightlifting.
