In 2007 Liteweights Fitness was established in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Since then our Fitness Training Professionals have helped change the lives of thousands of individuals with various weight loss and fitness goals. We have worked with clients as young as 90 and as old as 10 with a wide range of limitations and injuries. My fitness career started in 1998 after I received my Bachelor's of Science from the College of Charleston '97 located in Charleston, South Carolina where I grew up. Since then I have worked with thousands of awesome adults and children of various fitness levels. Over the span of more than twenty years I've been fortunate to train in local gyms in Charleston, LA Fitness in Rosewell, GA, and eventually landing in New Bedford MA where I've taken all that I've learned and created Liteweights Personal Training.

Liteweights Youth fitness and conditioning program is designed for kids ages 8 and up that want to get in shape for general fitness / sport training, or an athlete wanting to compete at a high level.
The program is an intense training program that addresses speed, strength, power, agility, and conditioning.
Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
