Welcome to Fitness Directions, 'Best of Cape Cod' since 2012! As Falmouth's original premiere gym alternative we offer you the best trainers in the area in a clean, comfortable, welcoming environment. Whether you are just embarking on your health and fitness journey, a seasoned athlete, or looking to continue to stay on track with your health and fitness goals we are confident that we can direct you to the best classes and trainers to fit your specific needs.

Services
Jana has been teaching group exercise and Personal training since 1990.
She is AFAA group exercise & Personal Trainer certified as well as Peak Pilates Certified.
The more she learned the more she wanted to learn, so she went back to college and earned her Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State College in in 1999.
She has explored many avenues in fitness including being the conditioning coach for the Men's soccer team at Mt Ida College, a Fitness Director at a Health club, The Director of Marketing for a Fitness Education Company, A trainer's trainer teaching/training people to prepare for nation certification for group exercise instructor and personal trainer, and a continuing education provider.
The previous month's requests will be reviewed on the first Monday of each month.
Submissions must be received by the last day of the month to be reviewed the following month.
As much as we would like to support every cause, we do adhere to a budget and unfortunately cannot grant every request.
If your request is selected, you will be informed within one week after the monthly review date either by letter or phone.

Planking is one of the best exercises you can do for your core.
Planks engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously to improve balance, posture, and flexibility.
They are also mood boosters!
We are dedicating the month of November to PLANKS, giving you variations to try and PRIZES to win!
Each day of November is associated with a Plank variation or challenge to try.
Take a picture or video of you completing the challenge of the day and post it on Instagram and/or Facebook.
Be sure to include the hashtag #FDplanksgiving and tag us in your caption so we can find it!
