John Ness, born in 1920, chooses me to be his personal trainer and trusts me to improve his quality of life. Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (BSK)- Exercise Science, minor in Dietetics: University of Texas at San Antonio (Summa Cum Laude). While I may help people lose weight, that's not my main goal. I teach people how to live sustainably - free from the chains of yo-yo dieting.

I primarily got into the nutrition and fitness industry due to my multiple chronic conditions that all negatively affected my life. After countless doctors and medications that didn't help, I decided to take my health into my own hands. With my techniques, I've healed my hypothyroidism, acid reflux, posture, chronic pain, and gastritis and have achieved permanent, holistic habits.

If you have any chronic health condition, I can help you get to your goals. The journey is never easy, but I am here to make it easier as your personal trainer and nutritionist.
Services
Personal training sessions are one hour long, with the workout itself ranging from 30-40 minutes while a dynamic warm-up & personalized stretching program fill in the rest.
I only offer monthly packages at this time.
This is a separate service that I offer for customers who wish to workout on their own or for those that have finished their training with me.
It includes eight weeks of customized workouts with varying intensities, frequencies, and focuses.
Results vary based on the individual's dedication to the plan.
More than two cancellations in a month will result in a complete, non-refundable severance of services.
Cancellations made without a 24 hour notice will result in a forfeit of the session.
A 15min delay by the client will result in a forfeit.
There are no refunds.
Unused sessions or packages cannot transfer.
