Join our group fitness classes and let the energy of the group move you. We have over 60 classes a week with something for everyone: from cardio and strength to dance and mind-body. Your club is first-rate. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff, and the equipment and the classes are phenomenal. My husband and I both enjoy going to the gym, it has such a friendly atmosphere and staff are always willing to help.
It is a very comfortable place to go. I like the fact that they have such a mix of ages, from the young to the seniors. The seniors love it there.
