Studio X Vertical Fitness specializes in pole fitness and offers a non-competitive atmosphere where you can truly enjoy yourself and have a great time while reaching your personal fitness goals. At the studio you will find real people like you who want to feel better about themselves, get in shape, and have fun. Students of every age (18+), size, strength ability, and flexibility level will be with you on your fitness journey.

Pole fitness is a sport and art form just like gymnastics, martial arts, or dance. It is unrealistic to expect to be perfect your first day. With continued practice, determination, and a positive attitude, you will transform! Everyone will move at their own pace, and along the way, you will find encouragement and a sense of community. You will build confidence and embrace your own personal pole journey.

You'll discover new things about yourself while taking classes, and your sense of accomplishment will lead to personal growth in your life outside the studio. With each class you take, you will progress.
Services
This class is for students just beginning their pole journey.
Everyone starts at this level no matter what your fitness level is.
You will be learning beginner spins, floor work, how to walk, and more, all while building your strength, confidence, and grace.
We highly recommend students taking this class at least 5-10x to get comfortable with the new body movements, increase upper body and core strength, and flexibility.
In the process, you will have fun and laugh at yourself.
Each class will leave you wanting more!
You may arrive to your class or party up to 5 - 10 minutes early but please be aware that another class may still be in session or the instructor may not be ready/have everything set up yet.
Classes and parties that are already in session cannot be interrupted.
We will gladly share the use of our yoga mats with you during class, but ask that you spray your mat after use in order to ensure cleanliness for your future use and fellow classmates.
Please do not wear any lotion or oils the day of class.
Pole fitness is a full body workout.
You can build muscle in a fairly short period of time, so it doesn't take long before you start to see results.
You will be toning muscles in those "problem areas" for women (arms, back, waist, hips).
Pole fitness will also improve your balance, coordination and agility as well as increase your flexibility and core strength.
Pole fitness deepens the mind-body connection, which you will learn to express through movement.
It will boost your confidence and leave you feeling empowered.
