Conveniently located at 295 Kennedy Memorial Drive in Waterville, right between Waterville Women's Care and Waterville Pediatrics. Our Kids' Workout is an exciting and fun way for children and teens to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. The program is based primarily on running, drills, games, body weight exercises, tumbling, etc., and introduces the basics of safe weight training.

We focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building. CrossFit 137 is where everyday people can do constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. The workout is set to the athletes current fitness level. Our philosophy is progress, not perfection! With proper body mechanics and lots of practice we get faster, stronger and fitter.

Our community is all inclusive, always supportive, and we love to have fun! CrossFit provides a healthy environment to improve overall fitness through group classes, healthy competition and support from an in-house built community. Whether you are looking to work out every day, a couple times a week, or just once, we have a membership option for you.
On-Ramp is CrossFit 137's introductory course.
By the end of this program you will have a basic understanding of the movements, terminology and different styles of workouts CrossFit has to offer.
Once completed, can join in regular WOD classes for the remainder of the month.
