PushLab utilizes a variety of tools, tempos & movements in various planes to challenge the body while keeping the element of surprise in the mix.
Founder of PushLab, celebrity trainer Ahmed Mohamed has been in the fitness industry since his competitive career in Taekwondo on an international level, along with All Natural Bodybuilding competitions.
In both he attained a high level of classification.
His client roster includes Hollywood celebrities, high level prominent figures in financial industry, supermodels and numerous prestigious international figures.
Ahmed was part of the opening team in Equinox in NYC where he packed a house for his cardio kickboxing classes and therein developed a huge following.
There is a 24hr Cancellation policy for all purchased classes and sessions.
This policy applies to rescheduling within the 24hr time period as well.
2. Ensure that you communicate with a PushLab staff member(s) for any emergency or cancellation via e-mail, or phone.
3. Have consideration and respect towards other class members who are or will be taking the classes.
4. No phone calls during class session (Please, if needed put it on silence or off).
5. Clients MUST be present 5 to 10 minutes prior to starting the class.
