GYM NYC is the vision of a Master Personal Trainer with over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. GYM NYC now has its first large commercial location to offer several styles of personal training to our clients. Great seeing an old friend today! I've been doing therapy on Victor since before he turned pro in 2000. Victor's getting ready for next year's Arnold Classic in 2019 and at 45 he is looking as Great as ever.

The kettlebell is a cast-iron weight used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
They are also the primary equipment used in the weightlifting sport.

HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4-30 minutes.
