Our classes are a great way to connect with your community and feel comfortable when trying new moves. Our studio is designed for every woman! Set your own pace and intensity level-from beginner to expert-and our coaches will help you make progress each step of the way.

I've been training and teaching martial arts for 15 years and nothing is more amazing than seeing a woman feel more confident and powerful.
BOXIE Girls is a kickboxing program to empower young girls to find their power and strength!.
This program is to help build confidence, skills, fitness, and community for girls ages 12-17.
Each week will focus on a different way for these girls to be more savvy, safe, and successful in every aspect of their lives.
We will use our awesome kickboxing workouts to build strength and self-protection knowledge and this will all be done in a supportive and positive environment to encourage growth and confidence.
Eating used to be an intuitive process for all of us.
Over time, we have stopped listening to what our bodies need and fallen into a pattern of guilt and shame around food.
Learn how to stop the cycle and go back to our natural ability to eat intuitively!
Living in a culture that is saturated with restrictive dieting, manipulative marketing and insistent "thin" ideals makes it nearly impossible to listen to intuitive cueing around food and exercise!
This 12 week course will introduce you to the concepts around Intuitive Eating while teaching you the skills to move through life as a confident intuitive eater.

We will be adding more class days/times as our studio rebuilds and works within the state's guidelines.
Classes are 45 minutes and limited to 6 women.
Join us for a strength training class that will be a perfect complement to your kickboxing routine.
Join us for a class of kickboxing (30 minutes) followed by healing Tai Chi movements and meditation (15 minutes).
