Your trainer will design a dynamic, progressive exercise program tailored to your individual health concerns, fitness goals and schedule to maximize your energy and stamina, make your body stronger and more flexible, protect you from injury and increase your self-esteem.

Since making this transition, our students have been staying more committed to training and getting their weekly classes in, whether it's live or via recording (access to recordings expire 7 days after the live class).
Also, it is a way to still hold myself accountable to do a workout - with still being able to follow a scheduled time and day, there is no excuse to not get a workout in.

The Circuit Training workout is a stamina and strength building workout that is quick and efficient, challenging and fun.
Each workout will consist of several "stations" forming a circuit.
The exercises will include body weight exercises, the use of weights, kettlebells, large exercise balls, bands and jump rope.
