The Fitness Edge offers New Hampshire's Lake's Region two convenient health club locations in Meredith and Moultonborough. The Fitness Edge offers a team of personal trainers near you. No matter what your goals are we have the trainers to help and guide you in the right direction. Our club features a variety of classes and instructors schooled using the Vinyasa technique, meaning movements are synchronized to the breath.

Thank you all for your support and patience with our app regarding signing up for classes.
We think it is going well and that most of the bugs have been worked out.
Now that the classes are inside it's time to remember the importance of showing up to classes that you have registered for.
The classes that regularly fill up have had some no shows so those on the waitlist do not know there is space-or they find out too late to get to the gym on time.
We need members to cancel at least 12 hours before the class start.
This winter, more than ever, it is important to stay healthy and keep moving.
Let us help you do that!
At any point, you can email us and ask questions about classes, exercises we do during classes or options to make things more or less challenging.
Some on demand programs offer class variety, but they will won't respond to an email as quickly or know who you are like we do.
If you want a certain style class (band, all body weight etc) we will do one!
We are in this together and together we will be stronger as a result!
Barre is a hybrid fitness class.
With elements of Pilates, Yoga and Strength training, it focuses on small movements and higher repetitions.
It is designed to build long lean muscles.
Barre is a high -intensity low impact workout that does not put excessive strain on your joints, it continues to burn calories after you finish your workout.
These classes are one of the fastest, most effective ways to tone and shape your body.
Benefits include the loss of excess body fat, increased flexibility, and strength.
PiYo is a low-impact class for people who like to sweat.
No jumping or bouncing, just continuous movement as you flow from one exercise to another for complete body conditioning.
These flowing sequences increase strength, stability, stamina and flexibility.
Burn calories and get that lean look you have always wanted with moves inspired by Yoga and Pilates.
Shoes are optional.
All levels welcome.

PiYo aims to increase your cardiovascular health and endurance while adding the benefits of weight resistance to improve strength, core muscles and toning.
Using a stationary bike, you will experience a guided ride designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors.
With a variety of road-like challenges and moves, you will strengthen your entire body.
Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training.
Pedals are equipped with toe clips for biking shoes and baskets for those wearing normal athletic shoes.
Classes are run for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the schedule.
Improve your cardio-respiratory endurance and raise your metabolism.
