Whether you're a busy student, a working parent, or an active senior, we have a plan for you. Annual memberships offer the best value and add up to big savings while summer memberships offer flexibility by selecting any 90-day period between the months of May and August. All members enjoy complete access to the facility, equipment, and classes. Afraid of commitment, or just want to give us a try - we have that too.

Services
CSF offers a learn-to-swim curriculum for multiple experience levels, for children and adults.
We offer one-on-one private lessons and semi private lessons for families (up to three children from the same family).
We also offer a semi-private option where two individuals with similar ability can take the lessons together.
Private lessons are ideal for the child who requires more one-on-one attention or possibly an adult who is learning to swim or someone who is looking to perfect their stroke.
By having a private lesson, your child will progress in their swimming ability much faster than taking a group lesson.
At CSF, we have all of the fitness equipment you will ever need to complete your workout.
We offer over 20 Magnum Weight Machines, 7 Freemotion Weight Machines, a large spacious Free Weight section, treadmills, stationary bicycles, stair steppers, and ellipticals.
Members can access the aquatic center during the hours listed below, however open swim will be restricted during certain periods of time each day to accommodate classes and scheduled events.
Please check the aquatic class schedule for specific days/times.
Ideal in the pool because the kicks and punches are resisted by the viscous properties of water.
Simply put, it is harder to punch and kick against resistance.
Kicks move a great deal of water with a lengthened leg and punches are thrown with an open hand to maximize drag resistance.
Excellent for beginning or returning exercisers, and strengthening for pre-surgery and post-surgery.
This class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles.
The gentle range of motion exercises in warm water, will help you gain strength and flexibility.
